Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of TalkiePrep, including free and paid speaking practice.

The service

TalkiePrep offers AI-powered oral exam practice in the browser. You may practise IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, DELF, TCF, TEF, DELE, and Goethe speaking tasks, and optional custom document practice, subject to your plan’s minute limits.

Practice scores are not official

IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, DELF, TCF, TEF, DELE, or Goethe results, and TalkiePrep is not affiliated with those exam bodies. Do not present TalkiePrep output as a certified score.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. Do not misuse the product, attempt to disrupt sessions, upload unlawful content, or use TalkiePrep to cheat on a live official exam.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Minute allowances reset each billing period as shown in the dashboard. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Billing. Fees already charged are not refunded except where required by law.

Availability

We aim to keep TalkiePrep available, but live AI sessions depend on third-party models, your microphone, and network conditions. Features may change as we improve the product.
