TalkiePrep (https://talkieprep.com) provides browser-based speaking practice for IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, DELF, TCF, TEF, DELE, and Goethe oral exams. For privacy questions, email hello@talkieprep.com.

Account data such as your email address, name, and authentication details (including Google sign-in if you choose it). Session data such as exam track, transcripts, practice scores, and timestamps. Optional audio uploads used to score speaking. Billing data processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers). Product analytics events via PostHog to understand usage.

We use this information to run live AI examiner sessions, generate practice scorecards, enforce plan minute limits, process subscriptions, and improve TalkiePrep. Speech and text may be sent to our AI providers solely to deliver the examiner, transcription, and scoring features you request.

We share data with infrastructure providers required to operate the product (hosting, authentication, storage, payments, analytics, and AI models). We do not sell your personal information. Practice scores are not submitted to official exam boards.

We keep account, transcript, and score history while your account is active so you can review past sessions. Audio stored for scoring is kept in private storage. You may request access or deletion by emailing hello@talkieprep.com.

You can update profile details, manage billing in the dashboard, and stop using the service at any time. Browser microphone access is required for speaking sessions and can be revoked in your device settings.
